This project began with a conversation. The goal was simple: create a space where the family could gather and enjoy the property for years to come.

During our first site visit, the future firepit and gazebo area was dense with poplar and caragana, and the grade change presented a challenge. We developed a tiered design that removed the overgrowth and transformed the space into distinct outdoor “rooms,” all while preserving open sightlines to the lake and the home.

We designed and constructed every element of the project. This included the walkways, firepit patio, custom-built gazebo, tiered retaining walls, pondless water feature, and thoughtfully selected plantings chosen for long-term beauty and low maintenance.

At the front of the property, we widened the driveway with a durable retaining wall system built to last. Strategic planting below the wall will mature over time to create a natural visual barrier at the top of the drive.

Landscape lighting was installed throughout to extend the use of the space into the evening, adding both ambience and safe passage between the different outdoor areas.

The result is a cohesive landscape that feels open, welcoming, and built for real life.
